ChampChemi ? is an automated UV-fluorescent and chemiluminescence imaging system for basic research. It offers a combination of high resolution, high sensitivity and easy operation.
ChampChemi ? is designed for imaging: western blot samples (ECL, ECL Plus, Super Signal, GDP Star, etc.);multiplex fluorescent western blot samples stained by Cy2, Cy3, Cy5, DyLight, Alexa Fluor, etc.;UV or blue light excited samples stained by EtBr, GoldView GeneFinder, SYBR Green, etc.or TLCplate; visible light excited samples (SDS-PAGE stained by Coomassie Brilliant Blue or silver staining); bacteria colonies,bacteriostatic rings, microplate, dot blot, films, object slices, etc.
Lane 1D software provides analysis and calculation of various kinds of images and data . All the data images and graphs could be exported to clipboard Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other softwares.
